Mass Ideation is an AI integration studio that provides AI consulting, design, development, and integration services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI Opportunity Workshops and audits
• AI system design, development, and deployment (30–90 day integration sprints)
• Ongoing AI operations, monitoring, and optimization
• Custom AI product development

Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements between Mass Ideation and the client.

3. Intake Form & Communications

By submitting our intake form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We will use this information to evaluate your project and contact you regarding our services.

Submitting an intake form does not constitute a binding agreement for services. Project engagements begin only upon execution of a separate project agreement.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Mass Ideation related to your project inquiry, scheduling, updates, and service communications.

• Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1–5 messages per month depending on project activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text plan.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message.
• For help: Reply HELP to any text message, or email us at miguel@massideation.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services.
• We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design, and code, is the property of Mass Ideation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent.

Intellectual property rights for client project deliverables are governed by individual project agreements.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform our services, unless required by law or with your consent.
