What is the difference between the primary and optional offers?
The primary agency path is the AI Growth Diagnostic, Lead-to-Cash Audit, AI Growth Engine, and ongoing Ops Pack. AI Readiness is an optional offer for complex products and platforms that need AI systems to find, understand, trust, and safely use them.
Does Mass Ideation build chatbots?
A useful assistant may be one part of a system, but we do not sell generic chatbots. We start with the customer or business problem and build only what supports it.
Do you guarantee revenue or AI recommendations?
No. We improve information, access, follow-up, trust, and tools. No company can guarantee revenue or that an outside AI platform will recommend a business.
Does every business need an API or MCP?
No. Many businesses should first make their website and core facts clear and consistent. We recommend action tools only when they solve a real customer problem and can be operated safely.
How are projects priced?
The required Lead-to-Cash Audit is currently $299 and is planned to move to $1K. The first three qualified agencies can apply for a $5K founding 12-month done-with-you program. Standard implementation is $10K done-with-you for 12 months or $25K done-for-you VIP.
