AI Growth / Lead-to-Cash Audit
The Audit is a $299 one-time purchase. Your $299 is credited to any implementation of $3,000 or more started within 14 days of your Audit.
Audit promise
If, after receiving the completed Audit, you do not feel you received at least three specific changes you believe can add $3,000 or more in the next 90 days, email miguel@massideation.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. State that you are requesting the Audit refund and briefly identify what was missing. If the request meets this policy, Mass Ideation will refund the $299 Audit payment and you may keep the delivered materials.
What is not covered
This promise does not guarantee that the changes will produce $3,000, leads, customers, or any other outcome. Refunds do not cover implementation work, advertising, software, tool costs, third-party services, or work outside the paid Audit scope.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly to miguel@massideation.com.
